Tops Friendly Markets opened its upscale health food and gourmet store called Orchard Fresh. The open market floor plan was designed to give guest a visual panorama upon entry. This 30,400 square foot turnkey project has many interesting components to create the unique shopping environment for this store, including an amoeba shaped kitchen and deli Service Island, Specialty materials including digitally printed faux brick, subway tile, and digitally printed corrugated metal. This concept store was featured in Progressive Grocer as the Best Overall Store Design in 2013.
